যুদ্ধাপরাধের বিচার: জাতি কি এই রায়ের জন্য অপেক্ষা করেছিল?
গণহত্যা ও ধর্ষণের ঘটনা সন্দেহাতীতভাবে প্রমাণিত হওয়ার পরও কেন আন্তর্জাতিক অপরাধ ট্রাইব্যুনাল-২ জামায়াতের নেতা ও একাত্তরের নৃশংস হন্তারক কাদের মোল্লাকে যাবজ্জীবন কারাদণ্ডে দণ্ডিত করলেন, আইনের ছাত্র হিসেবে আমি তার কোনো উত্তর খুঁজে পাচ্ছি না। ট্রাইব্যুনালের বিচারকেরা ফৌজদারি ন্যায়বিচার-ব্যবস্থার নীতিমালার কথা বললেন, মানবতাবিরোধী অপরাধের নৃশংসতা এবং অপরাধীদের শাস্তির নিশ্চয়তা বিধানের কথা বললেন, অপরাধ ও শাস্তির সমানুপাতিকতার (Proportionality) কথা বললেন। কিন্তু এত এত নীতিমালা, উচ্চ আদালতের রায়ের উদ্ধৃতি ও আইনি আদর্শের কথা বলার পর কী করে ট্রাইব্যুনালের বিচারকেরা কাদের মোল্লাকে যাবজ্জীবন কারাদণ্ড প্রদান করলেন? যেখানে বিচারকেরা নিজেরাই বলছেন যে ছয়টি অভিযোগের মধ্যে পাঁচটিই সন্দেহাতীতভাবে প্রমাণিত হয়েছে। যে পাঁচটি অভিযোগ সন্দেহাতীতভাবে প্রমাণিত হয়েছে, সেগুলো হচ্ছে: পল্লব হত্যা, কবি মেহেরুননিসা ও তাঁর পরিবারের সদস্যদের হত্যা, সাংবাদিক খন্দকার আবু তালেব হত্যা, আলুব্দীতে তিন শতাধিক মানুষের হত্যাকাণ্ড, হযরত আলীসহ তাঁর পরিবারের সদস্যদের হত্যা ও ধর্ষণ। বিচারকেরা তাঁদের রায়ে বলেছে...
O my children! You have freed your parents of their 4 decades of failure, you freed "Joy Bangla" of its political tainting and I'm certain that you will free him (Bongobondhu) of his political abasement. May Allah give strength in this noble cause.
ReplyDeleteI don’t know who are driving this innocent generation in the wrong way. Because, some question arose on my mind about using this innocent generation. They are misusing, and injecting in their brain for parting the nation for future dirty politics of our recent dirty politicians.

#1: What are main advantages of Banning JAMAT?
#2: What are main disadvantages of not Banning JAMAT?
#3: Suppose, JAMAT is banned, and then are you sure that you will get all govt. official facilities from govt. office and officers without any bribe? If not, then why not rising strong voices by this generation? Why not driving this generation in thats types of spirits.
#4: Suppose, JAMAT is banned, then are you sure that Bangladesh Police will be very honest and they will play a noble roll and you will not tortured by police without any cause? If you think so, then why our generation are not taking step to mending thats type of reason.
After all, I think, our innocent generation's innocent emotion are using for a bad ambition... whether, there was a bust opportunity to using them for right reason. Our fore fathers had fought for our liberation for giving us a peaceful country, but Politician made it awful for living. Whatever JAMAT, BNP AWAMILEAG is same species... either banning JAMAT or not there is no benefit for our general people. They will make for us embarrassing situation always for us over the world.... So, I think more important is removing all kind of fraudulent activities where our right is valid.
